Monthly, on the 5th, for every referral that qualified in the prior month. Net-30 from the close of each billing cycle — no balances held, no waiting for other referrals to catch up.
What counts toward the $1,000?
The payments your referred trainer actually collects from their clients through Fitvia, added up from the day they sign up. Not their subscription to us — the money moving through their business. Refunded payments come back out of the total.
Is there a deadline to reach $1,000?
No. A trainer who takes eighteen months to get there still earns you the same $30 as one who gets there in three weeks.
How is my referral tracked?
A unique link plus manual attribution. If you send us a contact directly, we tag it to you before any demo runs — so a warm intro never slips through.
Is $30 per referral, or per month?
Per referral, once. Refer ten trainers who each reach $1,000 and that is $300 — paid once, not every month. We swapped the old recurring percentage for a flat bounty because it is a number you can actually predict.
What do I have to do after the intro?
Nothing. Migration, onboarding, and ongoing support are entirely on us. You introduce; we operate. That is the whole deal.
Is there a limit on how many I can refer?
No. There is no cap, no tier structure and no quota. Ten referrals is $300; a hundred is $3,000.
